To ensure every collectible arrives in brand-new, pristine condition, your order is sourced directly from our licensed USA partner using our allocated inventory.

Once your order is placed, it is shipped to our Australian warehouse via UPS Express Priority. Transit from the USA typically takes 4–7 business days. After arriving at our warehouse, your order is promptly prepared and dispatched to you. Please see below for transit times from our warehouse.

Australia-Wide Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched from our Australian warehouse, please allow up to 2-5 additional business days for delivery anywhere within Australia.

We use trusted premium shipping services to ensure your purchase arrives safely. All Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post and include:

Customs & Import Fees

All customs duties, import fees, government charges, and clearance costs for Australian orders are covered by Certified Collectables. We also take care of all required customs documentation, so you can order with complete confidence, without worrying about any unexpected costs or import charges. 

International Orders

For international deliveries, please allow 8–15 business days from the date your order is dispatched from our Australian warehouse.
