Box breaks are one of the most exciting ways to collect trading cards and at Certified Collectables, we make it easy, fair, and fun for everyone.
What Is a Box Break?
A box break is when a sealed hobby box (or multiple boxes) is opened live on camera, and the cards are divided among participants who have purchased a spot. Instead of buying an entire box yourself, you buy a spot in the break and receive the cards that correspond to your team, player, or random allocation.
Step-by-Step: How It Works
- Choose a Break — Browse our upcoming breaks and find one that interests you. Each break listing shows the format, price per spot, date & time, and spots remaining.
- Buy Your Spot — Purchase your spot securely through our website. Spots are limited, so get in early!
- Watch Live — Join us live on Instagram at the scheduled time. We open the boxes on camera so everything is transparent and exciting.
- Receive Your Cards/memorabilia — After the break, your items are carefully sorted, packaged, and shipped directly to you.
Break Formats
- Random Team — Teams are randomly assigned to participants after all spots are sold.
- Pick Your Team — Choose the team you want before the break.
